First update to release notes (#305965)
* Change spelling: freeform -> free-form

* Rejoin nginx message split by bacula

* Fix typos and trivial rewording

* Move package/service names to start of notes

* Switch package/service names to code font

* Reword some release notes

* Update nixos/doc/manual/release-notes/rl-2405.section.md
