This license is used by the Fraunhofer FDK codec, which is currently mislicensed to Apache 2.0. Of course, this can't be corrected without having the proper license available in lib.licenses can't it?? Thanks @trofi for noticing this has an SPDX ID.
2023-09-24 | netdata: disable installation of non-free v2 dashboard | Ratchanan Srirattanamet | 1 | -0/+8
The v2 dashboard (included since version 1.41.0) is licensed under Netdata Cloud UI License v1.0, which is a non-free license. Patch the source code so that the v2 is not included in the source and the result derivation. Users that want the v2 dashboard can still request it by overriding this derivation and pass `withCloudUi = true`. 2023-06-26 | texlive: fix licensing information for doc-only-packages (#239528) | apfelkuchen6 | 1 | -0/+5
* licenses: add opubl * texlive: fix license for npp-for-context and lshort-german This unbreaks evaluation for `texlive.combine { inherit (texlive) scheme-full; pkgFilter = (_: true) }`. The problem doesn't manifest for the default pkgFilter as `npp-for-context` is a doc-only-package (that by the way has recently been removed from texlive).

2023-05-22 | lens: Change lens' listed license from MIT to their own proprietary license. | Martin Wurm | 1 | -0/+6
Although Lens is based on a free core component ("OpenLens"), the tarballs provided by Mirantis include a proprietary version of Lens that requires a subscription. As the proprietary option offers additional features, it would not be wise to simply rewrite the derivation and base it on the FOSS source code. Instead, implementing a new derivation for OpenLens is likely the better approach.

into TSL (Timescale Community License) and Apache 2.0 components. TimescaleDB provides two types of licenses, Apache 2.0 and Timescale Community License (TSL), with different feature sets. While all the code is in the same repository, the build system can build both versions depending on the build parameters set in. Co-authored-by: Emily Lange <git@indeednotjames.com>
