	with structuredAttrs lists will be bash arrays which cannot be exported which will be a issue with some patches and some wrappers like cc-wrapper this makes it clearer that NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE must be a string as lists in env cause a eval failure

	`opusfile` is a a popular game dependency via `SDL2_mixer`. Split it's `dev` output to separate store path to reduce runtime closure size. While at it amend games's include paths.

	Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938 meta = with stdenv.lib; is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta field. This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the `lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t exist yet.
