2022-10-31xprite-editor: mark as broken for all platformsFrancesco Gazzetta1-1/+4
Issue #146949
2022-05-29treewide: pkgs/tools: mark broken for darwinRick van Schijndel1-0/+1
All packages that were failing on x86_64-darwin are marked broken. I'm assuming here that these are also broken on aarch64-darwin.
2021-05-08treewide: fix cargoSha256/cargoHashDaniël de Kok1-1/+1
Rust 1.50.0 incorporated a Cargo change (rust-lang/cargo#8937) in which cargo vendor erroneously changed permissions of vendored crates. This was fixed in Rust 1.51.0 (rust-lang/cargo#9131). Unfortunately, this means that all cargoSha256/cargoHashes produced during the Rust 1.50.0 cycle are potentially broken. This change updates cargoSha256/cargoHash tree-wide. Fixes #121994.
2021-01-15pkgs/tools: stdenv.lib -> libBen Siraphob1-3/+3
2021-01-11treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;Profpatsch1-2/+2
Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938 meta = with stdenv.lib; is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta field. This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the `lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t exist yet. The script in its current form is available at https://cs.tvl.fyi/depot@2f807d7f141068d2d60676a89213eaa5353ca6e0/-/blob/users/Profpatsch/nixpkgs-rewriter/default.nix
2020-02-15xprite-editor: fix build by migrating off legacy fetchCargoBenjamin Hipple1-4/+1
Currently broken; see #79975 for details. Would also be fixed by #80153 eventually, but since we want to upgrade either way we might as well do so now. https://hydra.nixos.org/job/nixpkgs/trunk/xprite-editor.x86_64-linux
2020-02-13treewide: change fetchCargoTarball default to opt-outBenjamin Hipple1-0/+3
Changes the default fetcher in the Rust Platform to be the newer `fetchCargoTarball`, and changes every application using the current default to instead opt out. This commit does not change any hashes or cause any rebuilds. Once integrated, we will start deleting the opt-outs and recomputing hashes. See #79975 for details.
