workstation/packages: Add "entr"
I regularily keep things in nix-env to see whether I keep using them and "entry" is one of the little tools I ended up using quite regularily. The program monitors a set of files via inotify and runs a command whenever one or more of them change, which makes it quite useful for a "change code, compile, run" cycle.
