The general consensus seems to be to use
vuizvui.user.<username>.<category>.<module name>
instead of
vuizvui.<category>.<user name>.<module name>
Things done to test this change:
* Checked build of machines.profpatsch.legosi.build
* Checked evaluation of machines.profpatsch.shiki.build

That way we can separate completely hardware-related stuff from things
like bootup and kernel, although the lines between kernel and hardware
are quite blurry.

On upstream nixpkgs we have "system" and "hardware" but in our case the
amount of modules should be rather small, so it doesn't make sense to
separate those categories.
